毎回楽しく拝見しています
今回気になったところが一点、柱や壁などかなり解体が進んでいるので水平方向の力に弱くなってると思われます。
二階に荷物を置いているようですが、強風などで倒壊しないようご注意ください。
Good work! With that poor shed out of the way it will be easier to get the slope stabilized and a permanent water channel created. You’ve got plenty of property to build a firewood storage solution later on, and plenty of wood to work with. 😉. Thank you for the captions and looking forward to more adventures!

Well planned and executed demolition. Removing part of the building instead of more of the slope was a good choice.

元牛舎の解体撤去は良い判断だったと思います。建物が広いのに越したことはないのですが、当分2人だし残っている部分の改造でやりくりできると思います。あと余裕もって水はけ出来る様にU字溝の設置が出来たら良いかなあと。

That’s the way things should be built today. Maybe some 3 cm gravel will help make that “slop” much more stable and firm platform for a backhoe and I’d lay a good irrigation pipe to draw that water towards and down past those sandbags.

解体材も薪として利用できますね
薪置場は日当たりと風通し良いところが良いです
元々湿気ってる所だと折角の薪が朽ちてしまいます、土台の様に
It may have been rotten, but the joinery on that building was amazing. The mortise and tennon was so tight, even after all those years.
