Here’s my idea for the toy:
Take a plastic bottle with a smooth surface and cut off half. We’re only going to need half with a neck. Then paint with black acrylic paint. Cover the cut with hot glue and also paint.
We need two such halves.
Glue them together to get binoculars. We make holes on the sides. Take the elastic band, measure the right amount, put it in the holes and tie. Ready!
Due to the black paint, nothing will be visible on the sides and it will seem that the object we are looking at from afar, close!
