Nice. Very similar to one I built a few years back.
One problem I have is water ingress under the base, it seems under and soaks into the ceramic causing the floor to steam.. takes a day to dry out before using. Wonder how yours works after heavy rain?
Also. Your chimney doesn’t seem to be drawing much heat up. I added a taller flue pipe and made a recess inside where the smoke gathers so it doesn’t just flow out of the door.
Looks great mate the only problem is you will lose heat in too the concrete slab through the solider course it should be sat on the fibre board
