Just beautiful. I love the idea that you can just walk into a store, see all the separate elements, and picture what it will look like when it’s finished. I wish I had that vision.
I’ve never been disappointed in any project you’ve done❤
This creation from plastic bowls is stunning . Who would think something so bland could turn out so Glam . Love 💘it .
These would work not only for Christmas but for a wedding. They are so beautiful Beverly!!
These large ornaments are soooooo pretty! Thank you for showing us how to make these😊
These are fantastic!! I made these last year but didnt think to really decorate um tho! (They are gorgeous with nothing as well!) But this year I got the smaller bowls like that and blinged um up and Im in loooooove! They look like hanging crystal ball ornaments!
It’s amazing how something as simple as 2- $1.50 bowls and a few embellishments can turn something in a beautiful ornament. How clever of you to come up with this idea. I love the Fairy Lights in both of them. Your imagination can run wild and its something that is not only for Christmas but Weddings even something to light up your patio. Nice Job!
Hi Beverly, I made these 2 years ago, but I did mine a bit differently. Here is what I did, before gluing the 2 bowls I turned one bowl so the bottom was up, then I used a hot
knife to poke two holes side by side in the center of the flat part, then I threaded a piece of thin tubular elastic in one hole and out of the other also threaded the fairy lights through one of the two holes living the battery pack on the outside. I then threaded the elastic through the holes at the top of the bell ornament. I tied the ends with a triple knot and hid the knot under the tinsel. The reason for doing that is that the bell is secured to the top of the upper bowl but since is not glued, but held in place by the elastic threaded through the holes of bowl and ornament, the bell can be lifted and the battery pack can be hidden inside it after turning the fairy lights on. After I secured the bell to the upper bow with the elstic l I glued it to the bottom bowl.
They’re BOTH absolutely beautiful. 🥰
This is the perfect gift for a friend of mine that is sooooo difficult to find presents for!! Cannot thank you enough! 💕
Thank you so much Beverley, I really really enjoyed watching you create these two amazing and wonderful pieces. And I agree that they would be great for a wedding too and also just as decoration in the home too.
