이번 영상은 박스 뚜껑을 여닫을 때 기존 방식이 아닌 새로운 방식의 개폐 방식으로 만들어봤습니다.

방식은 원의 중심이 아닌 곳에 타공을 한 후 회전시키면 간격이 벌어지는 원리를 이용하였고 나무 티가 벌어지지 않도록 추가 장치를 만들었습니다.

기존 종이나 플라스틱으로 된 선물 박스를 묶을 때 사용하는 끈을 대신해서 나무를 사용하였습니다.

가장 어렵고 중요한 부분이었던 꺽임 부분은 고무줄, 스프링, 천 등을 생각하였으나 최종적으로 목재와 가장 잘 어울리고 움직임이 좋은 가죽을 선택하였습니다.

사용된 목재는 고무나무와 멀바우입니다.

How to tie a gift box with wood

In this video, when opening and closing the lid of the box, I made it with a new method of opening and closing rather than the existing method.

The method used the principle of opening a hole by making a hole in a place other than the center of the circle and rotating it, and an additional device was made to prevent the wooden tee from opening.

Wood was used instead of the string used to tie the traditional paper or plastic gift boxes.

For the bending part, which was the most difficult and important part, I thought about rubber bands, springs, and fabric, but ultimately, I chose the leather that matches the wood best and has good movement.

The woods used are rubber wood and merbau.
