In this video, I make a modern terrarium using a thrifted vase and wood salad bowl, turn a rag rug into a wall pocket capable of holding water and real flowers, use woven placemats to create flower wall decor and indoor/outdoor pillows, add cottage charm to a rusty work bench by turning it into a planter, add butterflies and botanical transfers to old cabinet door panels for one of a kind wall decor, turn a broken down $5 Goodwill table into a cottage style entry table, repurpose a wooden cookie jar into a rustic planter, repurpose a $1 electric light fixture into a hanging shelf, and create buggy catch-all trays from dollar items.

It never fails; every time I think that I should let some of my “old” stuff go, you come up with an inspiration that would give them a brand new look. Loved all of the projects but the old work stool is my favorite conversion this week.

What a great way to start my day! My favorite was the floral entryway Table. Love, love, love. I like both of the hanging lantern shelf displays but I think the cloche is the best.
Once again, it is almost impossible to pick just ONE favorite! I think my top three are the stool, the butterfly set and the old roses on the wicker-like mats/chargers…but, truly, they are all KEEPERS! The rag rug wall pocket with the Queen Anne’s Lace is so pretty on your door! I also love how you painted and distressed the knobs on that cupboard.
