DIY!!
今回は畳からフローリング！依頼主さんを困らせていた足で踏むとぶよぶよ畳、原因を探るべく畳を剥がすとやはり床板がシロアリにやられてました！
健康な根太は残してダメージが大きい根太は交換しブヨブヨの原因を改善、さらに合板を貼ることによって強度upと湿度カット。
最後の仕上げはオークのフローリング材で高級感と落ち着きのあるフロアになりました^ ^

Why not divide the total length of the parquet by the width of the parquet strip to have half at the beginning and half at the end, which would be more beautiful.
ATTENTION, after taking complete measurements, cut the blade lengthwise to have two identical halves, the one which with the male strip will place it first and the other half with the groove will place it in the last part against the wall in finish , visual point of view it will give a perfect effect. Important point to measure the floorboard without the male strip.
I am wondering about one thing – in the bathroom you are putting concrete directly on top of the tiles. I thought the normal procedure is to destroy tiles first and expose concrete under them, then put the new concrete / floor on top of it.
大掛かりな床を張り替えることは、中々素人では出来ないです。ＪＰさんの知識や力を借りる事でヒデさんの家が３日で変身するなんて❕ＪＰさんとても良い仕事してますね❣️🥰
